Account and Registration
To open an account at aj999 you need an active mobile number, a valid email address, and your correct personal details. The registration process is fully available in Bengali and takes only a few minutes. Providing accurate information ensures there are no issues when you make a withdrawal later.
No, each person may create only one aj999 account. Creating multiple accounts may result in those accounts being closed and any associated bonuses being cancelled. This rule is strictly enforced to maintain a fair playing environment.
After registration, aj999 will send an OTP code to your mobile number. Use that code to complete verification. In some cases you may need to upload a copy of your National ID card or passport. Once verification is complete, your account will be fully active.
On the aj999 Login page, click the "Forgot password?" option. Enter your registered mobile number or email and you will receive a reset link. After setting a new password you can log in right away. If you run into any trouble, contact us via live chat for assistance.
Deposits and Withdrawals
You can deposit money at aj999 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Bank transfer is also available — you can transfer directly from Dutch-Bangla, City, BRAC, or Islami Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for any method.
Funds deposited via bKash are generally credited to your aj999 account instantly. The same applies to Nagad and Rocket. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, take a screenshot of the transaction and contact our 24/7 live support.
The minimum withdrawal amount from aj999 is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are the fastest. Bank transfers may take a little longer.
aj999 does not charge any additional fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, mobile banking providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply a small service charge in line with their own policies — this is entirely governed by those providers, not by aj999.
If a withdrawal has been pending for more than 2 hours, contact our 24/7 live chat support immediately. Providing the transaction reference number and amount will help resolve the issue faster. aj999 is committed to processing every withdrawal securely.
Games and How to Play
aj999 offers slot games, live casino, sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi), fishing games, card games, and many more. Games from leading providers including PG Soft, JILI, Pragmatic Play, and Spribe are all available here.
You can place bets on BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and all major cricket tournaments in the aj999 cricket betting section. You can bet on match winner, total runs, number of sixes, wickets, and various other markets. Live betting during the match is also available.
Yes, aj999 is fully mobile-friendly. You can play directly in the browser of any Android or iOS smartphone — no separate app download is needed. The interface is optimised for smaller screens as well.
RTP (Return to Player) is the average measure of what percentage of total bets is returned to players as winnings over the long term. It is a theoretical figure and the result of any individual session may differ from it. A higher RTP means relatively better returns over the long term, but it is not a guarantee of winning.
Aviator (Spribe) is a crash-style game where a multiplier keeps rising. The player must cash out before the multiplier "crashes". Cashing out at the right time multiplies the bet amount by the multiplier. The game runs entirely on a random algorithm.
Bonuses and Promotions
When you open a new account at aj999 and make your first deposit, you receive a 120% welcome bonus of up to ৳10,000. For example, if you deposit ৳5,000 you will receive an additional ৳6,000 in bonus, giving you a total of ৳11,000 to start playing with.
If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you will need to place a total of ৳25,000 (1,000 × 25) in bets before you can withdraw it. Once this condition is met, the winnings from the bonus will be added to your main balance and can be withdrawn normally.
